Welcome to Reset Social, a wellness and fitness social experience by Namaste Life.
By visiting our site, registering for an event, or participating in any Reset Social activity, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Reset Social events are designed to promote wellness, connection, and community.
By attending, you agree to:

• Participate responsibly and respectfully toward others.
   
• Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
   
• Follow venue rules, staff instructions, and local regulations.
   
• Accept that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
   

We reserve the right to remove any attendee engaging in unsafe or inappropriate conduct without refund.

Tickets for Reset Social events may be purchased directly through our website (via embedded ticketing platform code) or through official partnered ticketing platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Humanitix, or other designated partners).

By purchasing through a partnered platform, you also agree to that platform’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to these Terms.

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
   
• Tickets must be transferred for all attendees to sign the required event waiver prior to participation.
   
• Event details (date, time, location, lineup) are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue availability, or safety considerations.
   
• There are no refunds.
   
• Reset Social and Namaste Life are not responsible for unauthorized ticket sales, counterfeit tickets, or purchases made outside our verified links.
   

By entering a Reset Social event, you grant Reset Social, Namaste Life, and our partners permission to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings of you for marketing, social media, press, and promotional purposes, without compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify our team at check-in or email us in advance at hello@namastelife.org.

By attending a Reset Social event, you understand and agree that:

• Physical activity, pool access, and wellness activations carry inherent risks.
   
• You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss.
   
• Reset Social, Namaste Life, event sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for damages, injuries, or lost items.
   

You acknowledge that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in the activities offered.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact details (name, email, phone number) and questionnaire answers when you register, RSVP, contact us, or fill out forms.
   
• Payment details, processed securely by third-party vendors or partnered ticketing platforms.
   
• Photos, videos, and media captured during events.
